Who is the training geared towards?

The training is appropriate for mental healthcare professionals and students from disciplines including: Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatry, Counselling Licensed Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Nursing. Anyone in a helping profession who is interested in increasing their competency in CBT!

Moderate familiarity with CBT is an asset, but not a requirement. Every training provides an explanation of the Cognitive Model, which is the basis of CBT. If you are interested in increasing your familiarity with CBT, I recommend Judith Beck’s book, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (Third Edition).

Most training is offered on-line, using Zoom as a platform. This allows participants to attend from the comfort of their office or home, from various locations.
